Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join our bright & enterprising team who will have sales responsibilities.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Working Knowledge of Oracle Applications, Middleware and Database
• Ability to design and architect solutions for customers based on Oracle components and other technologies as needed
• Ability to work with Oracle Partner Network and navigate Oracle partner channels
• Ability to do demonstrations of solutions - Custom and Out of the box Ability to do delivery roles such as Project management, Technical architect roles
• Ability to respond to technical proposals from beginning to end & sell our services
• Ability to estimate project delivery work
• Excellent written and verbal skills with high level of professionalism and strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate to C-level audience and be able to articulate our solutions to them
• Ability to work with Offsite teams and co-ordinate
• Ability to convert a lead into sales
• Demonstrated ability and experience in providing webinars and onsite presentations to varying audiences;
• Strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, persistence, resourcefulness.
• Read, understand & produce Profit & Loss statements
• Ability to gather & follow on up leads that turn into opportunities
• Ability to meet sales responsibilities

Big Plus:

• Certification in Solution Selling Model by Michael T Bosworth a BIG Plus
• Experience in Questions Based Selling (QBS) model a big Plus
• Strong Skills in converting Customer pains into repeatable Solution Model
• Has submitted white papers in the area of expertise. Prior experience in pre-sales is a BIG plus. Experience Public Sector - State, Local and/or Federal is preferred.
